We strive to make & send every piece as quickly as possible! After sending out your piece, we sadly don't have any influence on the shipping process itself. This means that if your tracking indicates any issues with the delivery (i.e. the delivery man couldn't find your apartment), it's best to reach out to your local delivery company.

You will need your order number and email address you used to place the order with to track your order.

Rest assured, we didn't forget about your other piece(s)! :)

We don't store completed items. Instead, we send out products as soon as they are manufactured. Some products take longer to make than others, which is why sometimes, we send out different items from the same order in separate packages at separate dates.

This means you could receive items from the same order separately. Don't worry, that's normal.

Don't forget that you can track the status of each of your pieces using our order tracking feature.

You will need your email address and order number to track your order. 

Upon sending out an item, the package gets registered and, in the process, gets allocated a tracking number. It could take up to 2-3 days until the tracking shows any progress though. That's normal, no worries :)

Therefore, if you aren't seeing any tracking history, it's best to give it a few more days. In 99% of the cases, it will show the correct tracking once you come back.

All domestic US based delivery issues become the responsibility of USPS once it’s been shipped from our warehouse or suppliers. You can contact USPS at (800) 275-8777 to locate your package at your local post office. If your are seeing these issues outside of the US, please contact us and kindly provide your order number. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

In principle, all items are final sale. 

In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect or damaged, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported within 7 days after receiving the item along with a photo proof of the defect. We must be notified before returning any items. Please message us your full name, order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Do not ship a product back unless it has been approved. Returned items must be in brand new condition and in the original packaging as you received it.

If you are not in love with your product due to obvious reasons as it being too small or too large, wrong color or even wrong item, please contact us directly and you will get a full refund on the purchase if you are willing to provide details about your request. Please understand that in the case of a refund we are highly interested in your reasons so that we can learn from our mistakes and offer you a better service in the future.
